Refund
You can request a return or refund within 2 days of receiving your order. After 2 days, we will not be able to accept return requests.
No. While most products can be returned if they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, baby innerwear products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Once your returned item is picked up and passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
